30-day returns on unopened buckets

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Buckets must be unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in their original condition.

How to start a return

Email info@paintbysam.com or text 480-490-6069 with your order number and the item you want to return. Contact us before shipping a return so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

The buyer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the refund appears.

Damaged or wrong items

If a bucket arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a resolution and cover the return shipping if a return is needed.

Before opening your paint

Please check the product, color, sheen, and size before opening. Opened or used buckets do not qualify for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit any rights you have for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
