Shopping with Paint by Sam
Paint by Sam is an independent paint reseller based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We sell paint and coatings; we do not provide painting or installation services. Our online store and checkout are powered by Shopify.
Products and pricing
Read the product description, color, sheen, base, and bucket size before ordering. Photos help identify the product, but screens can display colors differently. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for preparation, application, coverage, and use.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Retail comparisons, where shown, refer to the identified retailer’s price and are not our former selling prices. Retail prices can change. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands or retailers named on this site.
Orders
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Your order confirmation records the items and prices you purchased. If an item is unavailable or we discover an error that affects your order, we will contact you to arrange a correction or refund rather than substitute a product without your agreement.
Discounts and bulk orders
WELCOME10 provides 10% off a first online order, once per customer, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Contact us before ordering for a bulk quote. A bulk price applies only when we have confirmed it for your order.
Shipping and returns
Free shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Unopened, unused, factory-sealed buckets may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We handle damaged or incorrectly supplied items. See our Return and Refund Policy for instructions.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. For order help or questions about these terms, email info@paintbysam.com or text 480-490-6069.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
